Shamokin Dam, Pa. – Focus Central Pennsylvania recently received $7,500 from PPL Corporation and its affiliates to support job creation in the region. A check was presented by PPL Corporation Regional Affairs Director, Teri MacBride to Focus Central Pennsylvania representatives Don Alexander, Chairman of the Board and Lauren Bryson, Executive Director.

Investors in Focus recognize that the regional partnership, proactive approach to growing the area is more effective and competitive; and benefits all people and businesses in the region by providing increased tax revenues and creating new economic activity,” Focus Executive Director Lauren Bryson said. “Focus recently finalized an aggressive three-year strategic plan to more actively and effectively attract new corporate investment.
