Mount Carmel, PA – The Provco Group, owners of over 1,000 acres of commercial, industrial and residential land in the Coal Township and Mount Carmel Township, Pennsylvania area is investing $7,500 in Focus Central Pennsylvania as a Board Level Investor to support regional growth by promoting the region to attract investment that cultivates economic growth. A check was presented by Jerry Holtz, Vice President at The Provco Group to Lauren Bryson, Executive Director of Focus Central PA.
Jerry stated “The Provco Group is committed to landing solid economic development projects at their sites in the Mount Carmel area that bring value to the community and it’s residents. This board level contribution to Focus Central PA will support their efforts to promote the opportunities the industrial and commercial sites have to offer including heavy infrastructure, proximity to interstates, Keystone Opportunity Zone tax free designation until 2030, rail access, available talent and much more.”
The Provco Group, based in Villanova Pennsylvania, is a commercial real estate development and holding company founded by Dr. Richard Caruso, who also established Integra LifeSciences Corporation in 1989.
